I recommend that minutes be posted here every meeting (once transcribed) so we are well informed of what goes on. It would be great if the Board met promptly at the scheduled time. Always keep missing y'all.

Agreed. But we need the board to be more vocal on what they are priorities are. It is not a cult. Tell us what you plan on doing and give us constant updates. I mean thats why we pay condo fees (very high I wanna add for what we do get--3 months free heat-thanks???). What are the riserves? Not everyone can come to meetings. Some of us are in wheelchairs and can barely leave the house.

Please keep in mind that members of the board are not paid. The best way to keep informed is to attend board meetings; board members simply do not have the resources to provide constant updates. All meetings are on the 3rd Thursday every month at 7:30 pm. Residents are encouraged to stay for the ENTIRE meeting not just the homeowners forum.
For questions regarding how condo fees are spent, please see the annual budget provided to all homeowners prior to the annual meeting.

Where in the budget is the dollar amount we as residents pay for the towing company to cruise our complex? Where is the contract between the association and the towing company that would show payments and rules?...... Residents are being towed, even when they have the appropriate decal on their car. Saw postings in the hall on the bulletin board about illegal towing and the notes were torn down just after three days. Who is tearing these notes down?? ...who set-up this blog??...board member???

I received a notice of a June 28th meeting on the Special Assessment. Why are owners being told of this now??..Why were there not many prior meetings. Was there a study done??..what are the thoughts are ideas of the Condo community James does not return phone calls, and the board is not engaging with the community, but they want our money. Very hypocritical!!..I need lots of info. to make an important decision as this one. One meeting and then a quick vote does not register for me. I need time to digest the info at the meeting, and I am sure I will have more questions to ask about this Big Plan.

All the board can say, "attend the monthly meeting." Their lack of creative alternatives is painfully redundant. Always excuses, not a reason. Many people work nights to pay bills in a stagnant economy!!

Cardinal Management is the worst management company ever
    They are ripping everyone off
And this place will not get any better as long as they are in charge and Dan is the head of the board
They have a deal and are stealing money together

Life is hard for people here because too much is expected of owners, too little of managers.
